The tour operates in all weather conditions so dress appropriately. Activities are mostly outdoors with abbey and Salzburg sightseeing having indoor stops. Traveling by coach is comfortable regardless of the weather.

Melk Abbey: Approximately 45 minutes to explore the abbey and terrace

Hallstatt: Approximately 1.5 hours for lakeside strolls, photos, and optional local souvenirs or café visits

Salzburg: Approximately 2 hours to roam the Old Town, visit Mozart’s birthplace (own expense), and take in the Austrian charm

The tour leaves at approximately 8.00 AM at the central meeting point. You can expect to be back in Vienna at around 8-9 PM, so it will be a full day trip of 12 13 hours.
