Due to historic preservation regulations, the venue is not accessible, and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate wheelchair users. Guided headphones are part of the main tour and provide information in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, and other languages. Other than German, all show performances are available in other languages to give everyone a fun experience.

You can reach Musical Bridge from Stephansplatz or Herrengasse earliest-Wien U-Bahn stations on foot as it called Habsburgergasse 10A, 1010 Vienna. Come at least 10–15 minutes ahead of your booking to go through the check-in process.
